WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Position: Account Executive (Full Set Accounts)

Location: Chepor / Chemor, Ipoh, Perak

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,800 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Prepare and submit SST returns.
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding accounts.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities.
• Handle daily accounting and administrative matters.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Must have experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices and taxation requirements.
• Experience in payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Experience in preparing and submitting SST returns is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Working Days & Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: Off Day
