We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Customer service, live chat, or online support experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates and candidates from different backgrounds are welcome to apply
• Comfortable working independently from home
• Own a computer/laptop and have a stable internet connection
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, patient, and comfortable communicating with customers
