Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.

More than 3 years of experience in Project management or project engineering, specifically within a manufacturing or factory environment.

Proven hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication processes, drawing interpretation, and QC standards.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.

Proactive, organized, able to work under pressure, and skilled in cross-functional coordination.

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm

Working Location: Taman Seelong

Act as the primary interface between HQ PMC and local factory production to translate, coordinate, and follow up on production schedules, tasks, and BOM (Bill of Materials).

Monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with HQ’s planning and project timelines.

Identify bottlenecks, resolve production issues, and expedite production processes.

Act as the direct point of contact for clients for technical inquiries, project updates, and progress reporting.

Interpret client requirements, specifications, and drawings, communicating them effectively to the production team.

Prepare and update project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, and engineering changes (ECO/ECR).

Provide technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication.

Conduct site inspections, factory floor quality checks, and final product validation before shipment to clients.

Manage troubleshooting and rectify issues related to sheet metal assemblies.

Request production schedule adjustments with local PMC to meet urgent client deadlines.

Represent the company in technical meetings, status updates, and day-to-day project correspondence with clients.

Initiate or request specialized materials, tools, or jigs required specifically for the assigned project, subject to budget limits.
