• Payroll calculation.

• Manage all workers leave form.

• Prepare documents for apply new foreign worker.

• Responsible to do stock take every 1st day of month.

• Conduct month end stock audit and present stock report.

• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained.

• Handle foreign workers permit renewal, Fomema and FWCMS.

i)Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidently.

ii)Handle recruitment process, including posting jobs ads, screening resume, and scheduling interview.

iii)Handle payroll processing, benefit administration, and employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. iv)Prepare documents for new foreign worker application.

v)Manage and maintain the cleanliness and facilities in hostel every month

vi)Send foreign workers to medical checkup, applying for Fomema, Immigration & to Bank record updating

vii) Renewal of workers permit and insurance thru FWCMS

viii)Manage the renewal process, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records, including updating worker profile and assisting with Immigration matter.

ix) Handle onboarding for new staffs on company SOPs

x) Checking and compiling the service report and photos from maintenance service providers

xi) Daily housekeeping of factory / production floor

xii) Maintain duty roaster for cleaning of production toilet and floor

xiii) Purchase of diesel for forklift

xiv) Liaise with forklifts supplier on maintenance and service
