We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure the high performance, scalability, and quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium, strong object-oriented programming skills in C#, .NET, and Python, and a track record of driving automation strategy across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Framework Development: Design, build, and enhance scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver integrated with C# (.NET) and/or Python.
• Test Strategy & Execution: Plan, write, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab) for automated build verification.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and retest software defects using Jira or similar tools, collaborating closely with developers for rapid resolution.
• API & Backend Testing: Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestSharp, or Python requests library.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to review software specifications, define acceptance criteria, and refine test coverage.
• Mentorship & Quality Standards: Promote QA best practices, participate in code reviews for test automation scripts, and mentor junior QA team members.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Criteria:

• Nationality: Must be a Local Malaysian (Malaysian Citizen / PR).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Software Quality Assurance (both Manual and Automation).
• Selenium Mastery: Strong, hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in C# / .NET framework and Python for test automation script development.
• API Testing: Demonstrated experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, PyTest, or TestNG.
• Database & SQL: Solid knowledge of SQL for backend data verification and test setup.
• Agile & CI/CD: Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and integrating test automation with CI/CD tools.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
