• Perform rapid analysis and troubleshooting of defective products and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure repaired products meet quality requirements. Strictly follow established repair procedures to ensure reliable repair quality and reduce PCBA scrap.
• Maintain workplace organisation and implement 6S practices in the repair area.
• Responsible for repairing defective PCB boards and complete products on the production floor.
• Responsible for analysing and repairing selected PCB boards returned by customers.
• Assist the production team in analysing and resolving electronic-related abnormalities.
• Demonstrate a serious, proactive and responsible attitude towards work, and complete tasks assigned by supervisors effectively.
• Effectively analyse and resolve defective products identified during the production process, including PCBA boards, semi-finished products and finished products.
• Assist the PME team in analysing production abnormalities related to electronic components, including conducting relevant verification and following up on corrective actions.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the repair feasibility and value of defective products, ensuring that repaired products meet the required design specifications in terms of functionality and appearance.

Job requirements：

• Min. SPM or equivalent, SKM, Diploma or Degree studies in Electrical.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in Electronics or a related technical field.
• Able to work under pressure and overtime.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantages.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
