ON-SITE WORKFORCE SUPERVISOR (MANDARIN SPEAKING) 驻场工人主管

Location: Gopeng, Perak

Job Requirements:

· 能以华语和项目团队沟通，并能有效带领外籍工人。

· 自备交通，能够按已约定班表到岗。

· 有建筑工地、带队或工人协调经验者优先考虑。

· 当前项目完成后，愿意调往北马其他项目；地点及配套另行沟通。

· Able to communicate with the project team in Mandarin and effectively lead foreign workers.

· Must have own transportation and be able to report to work according to the agreed schedule.

· Candidates with experience in construction sites, team leadership, or worker coordination will be given priority.

· Willing to be transferred to other projects in Northern Malaysia upon completion of the current project. The location and employment package will be discussed separately.

Job Responsibilities:

· 每日点名、记录出勤、分组及安排工人任务。

· 带领外籍工人，协调纪律、纠纷及现场异常。

· 以华语对接现场项目团队，传达工作安排。

· 协调工人用餐、生活及就医事项。

· 提交现场日报，把工资问题交由公司 HR 处理。

· Conduct daily roll calls, record attendance, group workers, and assign tasks.

· Lead foreign workers and handle discipline, disputes, and on-site issues.

· Communicate with the on-site project team in Mandarin and convey work instructions.

· Coordinate workers’ meals, daily living needs, and medical arrangements.

· Submit daily site reports and refer salary-related issues to the company’s HR department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
