Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Culinary Arts/F&B Management is an advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Chinese kitchen.

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.

  • Preferably 1–2 years as Senior Cook, CDP, or Sous Chef.

  • Experience in food costing, portion control, and inventory management.

  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and food production.

  • Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation.

  • Monitor food cost, stock ordering, and inventory.

  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff.

  • Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
