Magna-Mitre Hiring! Full Time HSE Supervisor in Sarawak, Earn up to MYR 2,700 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
3. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits.
4. Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
5. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses with prepare detailed reports.
6. Coordinate emergency response drills and safety campaigns.
7. Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.
8. Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Experience working at MLNG site will be an advantage.
• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Valid OGSP, CIDB & Fit to Work (MEDEX).
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in high-risk and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work at site and comply with client/project HSE requirements.

Pay: RM2,700.00 per month
