Possess a Certificates or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent qualification.

Entry-level position, suitable for fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the technical field.

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with a willingness to be trained on specific equipment.

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks on equipment, identifying root causes of issues.

Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, for effective communication with colleagues and clients.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, or working in various environmental conditions.

A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment at swimming pool and water parks according to established schedules and procedures.

Respond to service calls and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective repair solutions.

Assist senior technicians in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new treatment plant systems and components.

Conduct basic diagnostic tests and use specialized tools to identify and resolve technical issues with pumps, filters, control panels, and other plant machinery.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities, including parts used and time spent, using company software or logs.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment during all service and maintenance operations.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates on service status, explain technical issues, and recommend preventative maintenance strategies.

Participate in training sessions to continuously develop technical skills and stay updated on new technologies and equipment used in water treatment.
