Job Requirements :

• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

• Must be willing to travel and work outside Selangor/Kuala Lumpur when necessary.

• Available to commence work immediately.

• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

• 2–5 years of relevant working experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage daily maintenance requests, troubleshoot facility issues, and coordinate repair works (machine, etc.)

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repair works, quotations, and maintenance.

• Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues and ensure timely completion of repairs.

• Pest Control.
