Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related technical field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel or building maintenance.

Good knowledge of air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical systems and general building maintenance.

Able to troubleshoot and repair technical issues independently.

Basic knowledge of water pumps, lighting, sanitary systems and hotel equipment.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsible, hardworking and able to respond to emergency maintenance issues.

Malaysian citizens only.

Perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel.

Inspect, troubleshoot, service and repair air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Handle plumbing works, including water leaks, clogged pipes, toilets, sinks and water supply systems.

Carry out basic electrical repairs, including lighting, switches, sockets and electrical equipment.

Maintain and repair hotel facilities, guest rooms, kitchens, banquet halls and public areas.

Conduct regular inspections of water pumps, air conditioning units and building equipment.

Perform general maintenance works such as painting, carpentry, minor repairs and equipment installation.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

Maintain maintenance records, report defects and monitor spare parts and equipment inventory.

Ensure all maintenance works comply with hotel safety standards and operational requirements.
