OMOS SALON Hiring! Full Time Hair stylist in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

1. Hair Services
- Provide professional hair services including haircut, styling, hair colouring, bleaching, highlights, treatments, perm and other salon services.
- Conduct consultation to understand clients’ hair condition, preferences and desired results.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, treatments and home-care products according to clients’ needs.
- Ensure all services are performed according to salon standards and professional procedures.

2. Customer Service
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalised consultation and attentive service throughout the client's visit.
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels in a prompt, polite and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding hair services, pricing, promotions, operating hours and appointments.
- Assist with appointment bookings, confirmations and rescheduling when required.
- Handle customer enquiries and service-related concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients when appropriate to maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Represent OMOS SALON professionally and uphold a high standard of hospitality at all times.

3. Sales & Performance
- Achieve individual monthly service and sales targets.
- Promote suitable salon treatments and professional hair-care products.
- Introduce and explain products honestly and professionally without applying excessive sales pressure.
- Encourage repeat appointments and customer retention.

4. Hair & Technical Standards
- Maintain high standards of haircutting, colouring, styling and treatment techniques.
- Keep updated with current hair trends, techniques and professional products.
- Perform proper hair and scalp assessment before chemical services.
- Follow correct procedures for chemical handling and client safety.

5. Salon Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, tools and equipment.
- Properly prepare tools, products and equipment before each service.
- Monitor product usage and minimise unnecessary wastage.
- Follow salon operating procedures, pricing and service policies.

6. Teamwork & Senior Responsibilities
- Support junior stylists and assistants when necessary.
- Share professional knowledge and techniques with team members.
- Work cooperatively with other stylists and salon staff.
- Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, customer service and work attitude.

7. Professional Conduct
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and positive working attitude.
- Observe salon rules, working hours and attendance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and salon business matters.
- Represent OMOS SALON professionally and deliver a warm, attentive and high standard of hospitality to every client.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hair dressing: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)
