Key Responsibilities
Strategy: Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing digital sales team.
Optimization: Analyze customer journeys to improve online store conversion rates.
Data: Track sales metrics, KPIs, and generate weekly performance reports.
Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to launch targeted digital promotions.

Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in online sales, e-commerce, or digital account management.
Leadership: Minimum 1 year of experience managing sales teams.
Tools: Proficiency with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Skills: Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
