• Act as the central point for the new sites to request standard templates, SOPs and onboarding documents
• Provide administrative support to site team including vendor payment processing, purchase requisition and coordination of monthly Building Management minutes meeting.
• Developing and maintaining vendor database and schedules of rate for common services and trades
• Identity and recommend potential vendors for essential services to assist site during contract reviews or retendering exercise. Print, scan and management important documents as needed.
• Support site level procurement activities especially during the setup of the new offices at client premises, PMA management and monitoring.
• Act as a PIC for HQ related support to sites on matters such as EGM preparation, fire drill logistics and other special operational activities.
• Coordinate and support documentation processes required by Area Managers or site teams as and when required.
• Guide site teams on proper documentation practices and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Area Manager or other HQ functions on a basic need.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
