What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
• Provide accurate information on our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers through online platforms, social media and WhatsApp.
• Record and maintain daily and monthly customer service reports.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure proper resolution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
