Fresh graduates are welcome; B2B or industrial sales experience is an advantage.

Experience in plastic resin, polymer, recycling, packaging, masterbatch or related industries is preferred.

Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Knowledge of plastic materials and manufacturing applications is an advantage.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in the plastic manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Promote and sell plastic resin, recycled plastic materials and related products.

Identify new customers and business opportunities in Malaysia and international markets.

Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and close sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and specifications.

Coordinate with Production, QA and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.

Monitor market trends, resin prices, competitor activities and customer requirements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Follow up on customer payments and sales collection.

Conduct customer visits and attend meetings, exhibitions and industry events when required.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts and customer visit reports.

Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by management.
