Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Relevant experience in HR, accounts, or administrative functions is preferred.

Basic knowledge of accounting processes, payroll, and HR administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

2 years full set account experience and 2 years HR experience.

LCCI / ACCA-CAT graduated (or similar level).

Willing to learn new skill and follow structed processes.

Proficient in Autocount accounting software and Kingdee system.

Fresh grades are encouraged to apply.

Salary based on experience and academic level.

Handle daily HR and general administrative matters.

Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.

Assist in payroll preparation and statutory contribution documentation.

Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoices, payments, receipts, and data entry.

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and account reconciliation.

Maintain proper HR, accounting, and administrative records and filing systems.

Liaise with employees, suppliers, customers, and relevant external parties when required.

Perform other HR, accounting, and administrative duties assigned by the management.
