Genitronic (M) Hiring! Full Time SMT SUPERINTENDENT - SUPERVISOR in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

1. we wish to find candidate that have Secondary School / Vocational Certificate (SKM) / High School qualification or above.
2. However if the candidate have degree in Electronics, Electrical & Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields are preferred.
3. we wish that the candidates have electronic manufacturing (espeacially PCBA manufacturing, following by semi-conductor, or other related to electronic manufacturing)
4. we wish that the candidates have Minimum 5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment and at least 2 years of experience as a Production Leader / Line Leader / Supervisor / Shift Leader.
5. The candidates also must have hands-on production management experience covering both SMT and DIP processes.
6. Candidates also need to familiar with Panasonic NPM placement machines, familiar with the operation and changeover of Solder paste printing machines, Reflow ovens, SPI and AOI.
7. candidates also need to familiar with Wave soldering machines, Selective soldering machines and ICT testing equipment
8. we wish to find the candidate have good knowledge of the complete SMT production process, knowledge of DIP insertion, wave soldering, hand soldering and cleaning processes and able to independently troubleshoot and resolve common production and process defects.
9. we wish to find candidate familiar with basic SPC concepts and application, knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) and production patrol inspection / in-process inspection procedures.
10. The candidate also need to able to monitor production quality and ensure compliance with process and quality requirements.
11. we wish to find the candidates willing to relocated to sungai petani or nearby
