Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies through various recruitment channels, including online job platforms, social media, referrals, networking, and other relevant channels.
• Arrange interview sessions, communicate with applicants, and coordinate follow-up activities throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in preparing recruitment advertisements, promotional materials, and other hiring-related content to enhance candidate outreach.
• Assist with onboarding arrangements and facilitate a smooth transition for newly appointed employees.
• Promote effective communication and positive working relationships between employees and management.
• Foster positive employee relations by maintaining a supportive, respectful, and professional working environment.
• Provide administrative assistance for HR activities and undertake other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration will have an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment and human resource management are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, social media, and candidate sourcing methods is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Language proficiency in Mandarin and/or English is required to support communication with candidates and colleagues.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
