Responsibilities
· Manage building facilities, utilities, and equipment.
· Coordinate building repairs and maintenance.
· Prepare repair quotations, materials, and purchase requisitions.
· Use AutoCAD to update building drawings.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical, Civil, Structural, or related field.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience.
