About The Job

As a Senior Production Scheduling Executive, you will lead shop floor operations and material scheduling to ensure production targets align with customer commitments.

• Direct daily shift operations, allocating manpower, machinery, and material resources to fulfill output schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance, overall equipment effectiveness, and cycle times to resolve production bottlenecks.
• Oversee material requirement planning and inventory tracking for polymer resins, packaging, and components.
• Partner with quality teams to ensure manufacturing activities adhere to regulatory compliance and quality systems.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to reduce scrap rates, minimize downtime, and drive operational efficiency.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in polymer component manufacturing, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in process optimization, material requirement planning, and shop-floor scheduling.
• Practical understanding of cleanroom environments, quality management systems, and regulatory standards.
• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning applications or manufacturing execution systems.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in polymer science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a matching field.
