Logistics & Order Fulfilment

• Coordinate daily order processing and delivery arrangements to ensure on-time customer fulfillment.
• Prepare and verify shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation accurately.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues with logistics partners.
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure smooth operations.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.
• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock handling and storage practices.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions when required.

Operations & Process Improvement

• Analyze logistics performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and operational reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Respond to logistics-related inquiries and support prompt issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong learning capabilities are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
