Responsibilities

Location: i-Park @ Senai, Johor Bahru, Johor

Salary: Up to RM3500

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, stock management, picking, packing, and order fulfilment.
  • Develop and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and minimize inventory discrepancies or losses.
  • Monitor stock levels and optimize warehouse space utilization, layout, and material flow.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Work closely with procurement and production teams to implement just-in-time (JIT) inventory practices and minimize excess stock.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or inventory control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, transporters, and third-party logistics providers.
