Client Account Executive, Early Childhood Development

Location: TOY8 Playground at The Gardens Mall, with regular travel to client sites in Malaysia (including Sarawak), Indonesia, etc.

Work arrangement: Work-from-home option available, with flexibility depending on work requirements and client-site commitments.

Reports to: Head of Early Childhood Development

Employment: Full-time, permanent (3-month probation)

Salary: RM4,200/month during probation; RM4,400/month upon confirmation, plus statutory EPF, SOCSO and EIS

About the role

You will own TOY8's existing client accounts, including Sarawak and our Indonesian partners. You are responsible for delivering AI developmental screening, early intervention and teacher training to a high standard. You are also responsible for growing each account's revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Programme delivery (CORE)

1. Be trained and conduct developmental screening sessions for children aged 3–5 at client sites.

2. Deliver early intervention programmes and teacher training.

3. Support teachers on an ongoing basis: answer questions, coach on service/product used and keep them engaged.

4. Track scoring progress for every client and resolve delays before reporting deadlines.

Account growth

1. Own screening and intervention revenue for assigned accounts against agreed targets.

2. Propose value-added services and upsell opportunities to existing clients.

3. Measure and improve client satisfaction.

Quality and operations

1. Report issues relating to screening, intervention, reports, scoring and technical platforms to the Tech team and follow them through to resolution.

2. Manage translated versions of programme materials and reports, keeping all language versions updated in all digital platforms and documents.

Requirements

• Degree in early childhood education, special education, psychology, child development or arelated field
• 2+ years of experience in early childhood education, child development services or client-facing education programmes
• Confident delivering training to teachers and presenting to clients
• Comfortable owning revenue targets and client relationships
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia are a strong advantage
• Organised, solution & detail-oriented, fast-paced and independent, able to manage several client timelines at once
• Willing to travel regularly

Nice to have

• Experience with developmental screening tools or early intervention
• Experience in account management or B2B/B2G sales in education
• Familiarity with working alongside product or tech teams
• Interest and experience in working with AI tools

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,400.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
