Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth and expansion.

2. Identify and evaluate potential land for new property development projects.

3. Explore new project opportunities, property investments, and potential joint ventures (JV).

4. Establish and maintain relationships with landowners, investors, developers, and strategic business partners.

5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

6. Assess project feasibility, market demand, and potential returns on investment.

7. Lead business negotiations and establish strategic partnerships to support company expansion.

8. Prepare and present business proposals, project plans, and investment recommendations to management.

9. Monitor property market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company's project portfolio.

10. Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Development, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, property development, real estate, or a related field.

3. Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

4. Knowledge of land acquisition, joint ventures, property market trends, and project feasibility is an advantage.

5. Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.

6. Willing to travel for meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

7. Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
