A leading MNC is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior management and business leaders in driving people strategies aligned with business objectives and organisational growth. The role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with management on workforce planning, talent management and organisational development.
• Provide HR advisory support on performance, employee relations, engagement and retention.
• Lead manpower planning and support end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Drive performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies, processes and practices.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Lead HR projects, change initiatives and organisational improvement programmes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including Senior HRBP or HR Manager experience.
• Strong experience in HR business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and full-spectrum HR.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and influencing skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently.
