• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotation, evaluation, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors and service providers based on quality, price, reliability and delivery.
• Prepare RFQ, quotation comparison, purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor purchase orders, outstanding orders and supplier performance.
• Support tendering and vendor evaluation processes.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures and approval requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and specifications.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts and vendor documentation.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement efficiency.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
