Job description :

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Prepare invoices and picking lists on a daily basis to support smooth order processing.
• Accurately key in credit notes in a timely manner.
• Follow up on Delivery Orders (D/O) to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (8am - 5.30pm)

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail preferred) / Fresh graduates welcome
• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
• Passionate in customer service
• Can work in fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to changes

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
