We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Seremban. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the Company's market presence across Seremban, Melaka, and the Southern Region by developing new business opportunities, growing the customer base, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Remuneration: Competitive basic salary + Allowance and attractive commission scheme based on sales performance.

1) Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

2) Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing dealers and customers through regular visits, telephone calls, and emails.

3) Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

4) Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, product sharing sessions, and sampling activities.

5) Promote products and influence dealers/customers through planned promotional activities.

6) Conduct cold calls and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business.

7) Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.

8) Monitor product availability and ensure sufficient stock for sales activities and demonstrations.

9) Check product quantities and displays at customer/dealer locations.

10 ) Develop and maintain an accurate customer database to support targeted sales and marketing activities.

11) Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans and strategies.

12) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

13) Provide feedback on product improvements and potential new products based on market and customer requirements.

14) Advise customers and dealers on new product launches and promotional activities.

15) Monitor individual sales performance and work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets.

16) Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales/activity reports to Management.

17) Maintain a high standard of customer service in accordance with Company standards.

18) Maintain product and technical knowledge through monthly nutrition/product sharing sessions and relevant industry publications.

19) Represent the Company at exhibitions, conferences, trade events, and other promotional activities when required.

20) Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers/dealers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with dealers and customers.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and other sales activities when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
