• Coordinate to plan manage the overall Facility Maintenance Services.
• To manage non-operational support functions, administration, finance, procurement, information technology, safety, and quality:
• To act as Liaison Officer and maintain good liaison with the institution’s management team in all respect;
• To check & verify documents (PPM Checklist & Work Order);
• To ensure work compliance to the standard engineering practice, ISO standard, statutory requirement and by-laws;
• To train institution staff in the safe operation of engineering facilities accessible to them;
• To ensure good practice of health, safety and environment are in place;
• To ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Routine Inspection (RI), Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance (CM) Works carry out as schedule or as required;
• To check and verify daily routine inspection, PPM schedule, checklist & report for FEMS reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
