Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), architectural, and structural drawings or models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce high-quality shop drawings, schematic diagrams, detailed sections, and as-built drawings according to project phases.
• Coordinate drawings across different disciplines using Revit to identify, report, and resolve discrepancies or clashes before construction.
• Update and revise 2D drawings and 3D models promptly based on instructions from engineers, architects, consultants, and the project team.
• Ensure all drawings and BIM models comply with project specifications, technical requirements, local authority standards, and relevant building codes.
• Maintain systematic documentation, including drawing registers, BIM model version control, and revision records.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify actual dimensions, site measurements, and M&E installation details.
• Assist the project team with technical documentation, material take-offs (from Revit), and drawing submissions to authorities or clients.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architectural Drafting, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP), with knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, or SketchUp being a strong advantage.
• Hold a minimum of 1–3 years of drafting experience specifically in M&E systems (HVAC, electrical services, plumbing, fire protection) within the construction or consulting industry.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to interpret and translate engineering sketches, design concepts, and architectural layouts into precise drawings/models.
• Exhibit detail-oriented traits, strong spatial visualization, excellent technical problem-solving, and good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently to meet tight project deadlines.
• Based at Headquarters (HQ), but willing to travel to various project sites when required for coordination meetings or site verifications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
