Malaysian citizens only.

No specific educational qualification required.

Previous experience in retail, grocery or supermarket operations is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Ensure grocery products are well-stocked, properly arranged and displayed on shelves.

Replenish stock regularly according to sales and store requirements.

Check product quality, expiry dates, pricing and promotional labels.

Assist with receiving, checking and storing incoming merchandise.

Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and safety standards within the grocery section.

Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly customer service.

Support stock counting, inventory checks and stock replenishment activities.

Assist in promotional activities and ensure promotional displays are properly maintained.

Monitor stock levels and report damaged, expired or low-stock items to the Supervisor.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
