Outdoor Sales Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)

JOYLEE is a Malaysian mother, baby and family-care brand established in 2017. We are expanding our retail presence and looking for energetic, results-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to develop new retail accounts across Klang Valley.

Your Responsibilities

• Visit baby shops, pharmacies, confinement centres, maternity centres, wellness outlets and other suitable retailers
• Introduce and present JOYLEE products to business owners and purchasing decision-makers
• Secure new wholesale and buy-out retail accounts
• Negotiate orders and close sales professionally
• Follow up on quotations, payments, reorders and account development
• Achieve the agreed sales and collection targets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in outdoor sales, retail business development
• Experience in mother-and-baby, skincare, beauty, pharmacy or wellness products is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently
• Must possess your own transport and be willing to travel within Klang Valley
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Candidates with an existing retailer network are highly encouraged to apply

Remuneration

Full-Time

• Basic salary of RM2,500 per month
• Petrol, toll and parking claims of up to RM800 per month
• Uncapped sales commission based on collected sales
• Additional performance incentives for achieving sales targets
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions
• Six-month probation period

Part-Time

• RM100 per approved field day
• Travel allowance of up to RM50 per approved field day
• Uncapped sales commission based on collected sales
• Additional performance incentives for achieving sales targets

There is no maximum sales or commission limit, the more you sell, the more you earn. Further details regarding the commission structure will be shared during the interview.
