Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding Medcin Pharma’s customer network.
• Provide product support, guidance, and technical advice to medical professionals on the effective use of our products.
• Execute sales and marketing activities in line with business objectives and targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates.
• Manage invoicing matters and consignment inventory, including stock monitoring and replenishment activities.

Requirements

1. Education & Experience

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in any discipline (Science-related qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory).
• Experience in sales or marketing within the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries.
• Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and working within clinical environments.
• Prior experience in a target-driven sales environment will be an added advantage.

2. Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong planning, organisational, reporting, and time management skills.
• Resilient and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving goals.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to developing product and industry knowledge.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation, as the role requires regular travel to customer locations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
