Job Title: Inside Sales Executive/BDE
Experience Required: 3+ years in B2B IT solutions sales
Salary Range: RM 4,000 to RM5,000 per month
Incentive Structure: Performance-based incentives for meeting/exceeding targets and KPIs

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B IT solutions to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses primarily on outbound calling to generate new business opportunities, nurture prospects, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a passion for technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
-Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify potential B2B clients in target industries
-Lead Generation: Research and build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
-Needs Assessment: Understand client pain points and business challenges to position appropriate solutions

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of proven inside sales experience in B2B IT solutions or software sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent outbound calling skills with high conversion rates
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise selling
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
- Relevant sales certifications are a plus

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
