Requirements

1. Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1–3 or equivalent qualification.

2. Willing to work on a 3-shift rotation and follow the assigned production schedule.

3. Able to follow production procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Ensure efficient production in line with the company's targets by adjusting production parameters to meet quality standards and prioritizing production schedules.

• Maintain machinery and production area by 5S system for cleanliness and performing autonomous maintenance on equipment.

• Accurately prepare production reports, record production outputs, and manage wood and paper reimbursements.

• Facilitate communication with other departments for production preparation and maintain clear communication between shifts to ensure alignment on goals.

• Take responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment.

• Understand and act in accordance with company management system policies.

• Follow the regulations and standard practices of relevant departments as per the management system.

• Ensure employees comply with laws and other requirements related to the management system.
  
  Actively participate in and provide suggestions for improving the management system in relevant departments.
