Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform functional and end-to-end testing for General Insurance systems
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data
• Identify, track, and report defects with proper documentation
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and validate outputs
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
• Provide test reports and quality status updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst / Tester
• Strong experience in General Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, etc.)
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Experience in UAT coordination and defect management
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
