Job Description

We're looking for motivated and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Associates.

This is a trainee-friendly opportunity for individuals who are interested in developing a career in business development and financial services.

You'll work alongside experienced Senior Consultants, gaining hands-on experience in client engagement, relationship management, and business development through structured training and mentorship.

No prior industry experience is required. Fresh graduates, students, interns, and career switchers are welcome to apply!

Key Reponsibilities

• Support Senior Consultants in daily business development and client engagement activities.
• Connect with prospective clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals, needs, and priorities.
• Assist in introducing relevant financial planning and insurance solutions under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Participate in networking activities, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Work towards individual and team business development goals.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of GCE A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, Singapore Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Interested in sales, business development, or financial services.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development is an advantage but not compulsory.
