Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Executive to drive growth in the endoscopy sector. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and ideally, experience in endoscopy or healthcare sales. Nurses with endoscopy experience who are keen to transition into sales are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

* Execute sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory

* Provide excellent customer service to doctors, hospitals, private clinics, and specialists

* Participate in quotations, CME programs, conferences, events, proposals, and tenders

* Develop and expand sales through private and government institutions

* Report regularly on customer trends, competitor activities, and market changes

* Review territory performance against targets and take proactive actions to ensure success

* Salary: From RM3,500 per month

Job Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

* 2–3 years of sales experience in the medical industry is preferred

* Experience in endoscopy sales or a nursing background in endoscopy is a strong advantage

* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

* Independent, self-driven, and willing to travel

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-oriented mindset

* Persons with a nursing background without sales experience are encouraged to apply

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided

* Salary range is dependent on experience. Please indicate expected salary

* Personal transportation is required

* Willing to travel up to 75%
