Requirements
- Fresh graduates / candidates without working experience are welcome (training provided)
- Prefer candidates with B2B / outdoor sales experience (added advantage)
- Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Required skill: Communication & negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess own transportation
- Required to conduct outdoor sales / field sales activities
- Willing to travel within Malaysia extensively; overseas travel is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales activities for plastic injection machinery within the designated region.
- Achieve the sales targets established by management.
- Actively participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows, both locally and internationally.
- Prepare persuasive proposals and diligently follow up with potential clients
- Assist customers in finding products, providing information and answering inquiries
- To follow up the customer collection.
