• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and potential clients.
• Promote company products and provide accurate product information to customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other relevant sales documents.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Warehouse, and Operations, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update customer records.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and perform other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
