Job Responsibilities

• Halal Certification & Compliance: Manage new and renewal applications for JAKIM Halal certification via the MyHalal portal.
• Halal Assurance System (HAS): Implement, maintain, and update the internal Halal Assurance System and documentation to comply with Malaysian Halal Standards (such as MS1500).
• Internal Audits & Training: Plan and conduct regular halal internal audits, monitor critical control points (HCP), and organize halal awareness training for warehouse and processing staff.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Verification: Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to inspect and verify the halal status, traceability, and documentation of incoming raw materials and suppliers.
• Authority Liaison: Act as the company's primary representative and liaison officer for audits, checks, or inquiries conducted by JAKIM, or the Ministry of Health (KKM).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
