Responsibilities
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, air conditioning units, building infrastructure, and other related assets.
- Inspect and troubleshoot basic electrical wiring, switches, sockets, control panels, and internal telephone lines.
- Read and interpret Electrical Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) to support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure building infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are maintained in good, safe, and operational condition.
- Monitor and supervise work carried out by external contractors, including service quality and performance.
- Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance records, service reports, and basic project documentation using MS Outlook and MS Project.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable safety regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate, organised, and confidential maintenance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with building occupants regarding service requests, maintenance activities, and renovation works.
- Attend standby calls and provide technical support as and when required.
Academic Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- SPM / STPM / SKM / PW4; or
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma / Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience, preferably in the electrical field.
