Job Responsibilities:

· Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter

· Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter any suspicious activities or security breaches

· Monitor security systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarms, promptly responding to any alerts or issues

· Enforce security policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment

· Respond to emergencies, including incidents of theft, vandalism, or medical emergencies, following established protocols

· Write detailed incident reports, documenting any security-related occurrences or violations

· Provide exceptional customer when interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors

· Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies, when necessary, to report incidents or seek assistance

· Stay updated on security best practices, industry trends, and relevant laws or regulations

Requirements:

· Strong observational and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

· Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods

· Familiarity with security systems, such as CCTV and access control systems

· Good knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid

· Prior experience in a security role is an added advantage
