Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction (infrastructure field)
• Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract process
• Experience working with Autocad and validating quantities from the given drawings
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with negotiation abilities

Job Descriptions:

• Understanding the client requirement and quantities taking off
• Cost estimation and preparation of variation order
• Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractors claims, final accounts
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process
• Attend site meeting / valuation
• Perform other tasks as assigned
