Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in operating forklifts.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.

• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.

• Familiarity with safety and security regulations in a storage environment.

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

• Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

• Issue materials and supplies to production or other departments as needed.

• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies.

• Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.

• Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and movements.

• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and audits.
