We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer oriented Waitress / Service Crew to join our F&B team at IOI Mall Putrajaya

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,100 per month
• Meal Allowance: RM10 per day
• Service Point Allowance
• Overtime (OT) Paid

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers professionally
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages
• Handle customer requests and enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Assist with daily restaurant operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene and service standards
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage
