Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property, building, or facilities management.

Good knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and building operations.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal departments.

Oversee daily building/mall operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.

Monitor building facilities, maintenance works, and day-to-day operations.

Ensure tenants comply with renovation and fit-out guidelines.

Manage tenant enquiries, emails, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments, contractors, service providers, and tenants on building-related matters.

Assist the Legal Department in verifying technical documents and related details.
