Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily service station operations to ensure timely parcel pickups and deliveries.
• Plan staff schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor daily workloads.
• Resolve operational issues, including parcel shortages, lost or damaged parcels, and delivery delays.
• Lead, coach, and monitor staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports and follow up on outstanding issues.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in courier or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a firm but fair approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using operational systems.
• Good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and resolve issues promptly.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
